.jpg) Common Phenomena in CARAGA Region, Philippines Base on a study, the CARAGA region generates electricity majorly on bodies of water. Thus, on the year 2013, CARAGA region is experiencing electricity shortage due to low levels of bodies of water and restoration of power plants. CARAGA suffers more than 8 hours of brownout daily, and sometimes happen from 9:00 AM up to 9:00 PM which is approximately about 12 hours. First question, Why is the level of bodies of water low? The answer is pollution. Pollution starts from a single garbage up to a big dumpyard of it. Lack of education and discipline comes here, we, the people, must first begin with ourselves and then invite more people. Thus, this phenomena should be stopped. We all know that the common issue around the globe is pollution. Thus, garbage are everywhere. How can we help? Even just in small ways, even a 2-year old child can help.
