   Since it's Beach Clean-UP Campaign, Green Globe has been very active throughout and has been organizing a number of events including smoking awareness campaigns. As a part of it's initiatives I have been organizing smoking campaigns in a number of places. The first one was done in a labor camp, the second in Gulf Mart( somewhat near Rollla), Sharjah, the third in Geant Easy in King Faisal Road, Sharjah. There were different kind of people who listened to us. There were people who said, "I like Smoking" and went and some who listened attentively. I actually found out that about four in every five people smoke (though it may be correct or not) and that SMOKING is the largest preventable cause of death. There were also people who said that they did not smoke but accepted later that they do so. Such campaigns do not bring any good to us, but its the step we take for the others. But change is not impossible. I hope that at least one person has changed his habit. And everybody also like my page and join Green Globe. Here's the link provided:
