     Exhibitions by school students are really worth viewing and that's what occurred in my school, Our Own English High School. A completely students exhibition called Spark X. This exhibition is conducted in the school every two years and open to everyone. It lasted over two days, 3rd and 4th July. It is wonderful exhibition full of life with the unbelievable inventions arranged in each classroom. It was such a big exhibition that it would take nearly days to view each creation. There were many eye catchers like lazer maze, Greek civilization's replica, Ellipse, Sixth Sense etc. There were 10 best projects being selected out of the whole. Some best projects were Art talks, Sixth Sense, Macbeth play, Greek Grandeur, Hydraulic City, ellipse etc. I also got the best project as I was a part of S.S.T Greek Grandeur. It was a lot of hard work but paid off well. The English department used the huge auditorium to bring the people back into the Shakespearean era. The Hindi department made a village. The Arabic department displayed the U.A.E's culture and traditions. The S.ST department displayed the Greek Civilization and the courses of the river. The computer department made amazing things like iTable, controlling a computer with hands, football on the ground etc. The science department did the most number of projects divided into Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with wonderful projects like growing plants without soil, USB charger, dialysis etc. There was also Business fair. The P.E department made models of stadiums and yoga demonstrations. Malayalam department made skits. The eco club also had a room called EcoGENX where they displayed exhibits made out of waste. I also contributed some works from my side. This year?s exhibition was wonderful and was filled with unforgettable events and the I hope the same for Spark X, 2015. |
