         In our Uttarakhand state deforestation is one of main cause of climate change. peoples cut the trees and use land for making homes and agriculture,some of them use woods for cooking food and other works.so we decided to decrease the deforestation through our action plans .firstly we raise awareness in our state particully in young people and school childrens .we make some plans like we should do plantation in our birthday and birthday person have responsibility to protect it. so firstly our organization and family members adopt it and we also promote this idea in villagers. then we thought why not we promote this idea in schools so we contacted with some school to adopt the idea and school show pleasure to do it and all school gives us extremely support for decrease the deforestation and personally My school have a strength of 1000+ students so in this sense we planted 1000+ saplings in a single year.now all these schools member do plantation in birthdays of school students and also in teachers birthday and the birthday person take pledge to protect the tree in every condition. |
