![]() ![]() ![]() Donating Medicines at a charitable clinic On my holidays I was in New Delhi, India with my grandparents. My grandmother was having some pain in legs, I pressed her legs for some time but that did not helped. She said, ?I will go to a nearby homeopathic clinic & get some medicine. The doctor is really good but they lack some equipment?. I went with her to the clinic. It was small but having smiling & helpful staff. They gave medicines to her. I enquired from the doctor about the need of medicines. They required Blood Pressure machine, blood sugar testing machine, Weighing scale and Stethoscope. It touched my heart & I decided to help my bit. When we go to India all the relatives including grandparents give us money to spend & normally it becomes a hefty amount. Not knowing exactly how many items will fit in my budget, I hit the market with my cousins & elder bro. We gave them the list & one by one he placed all the items on the counter. It was going little over budget. We were disappointed, but the shop owner when he heard about the !--object--ive of our purchase gave us a big discount & hailed the good motive. We came back to the clinic, handed over the items, clicked some pics for memory & there are the pics attached. Felt satisfied on having spent my pocket holiday money on a good cause. Holiday season is coming again folks? Go & pick up a cause, give it your best. And share it on this platform. |
