![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() International Labor Day or International worker?s day 2013 was celebrated at Rampur Chitwan, Nepal.The program was organised by Amnesty International Rampur Youth Network.The program was started under the presidency of Amnesty International Nepal Rampur youth Network coordinator Ms. Bhawana Ghimire. Welcome speech was given by HR- coordinator of youth Network Mr. Uday Singh Karki. Program was organised for video presentation about the condition of Nepalese migrant workers, review of activities organized by Rampur Youth Network in past days and for the future coordination with different organization working on the field of Human rights.They reviewed their past events and called for different organization representative for collective action to fight against human right violence. The program was very nice,short and sweet. The video showed worse condition of the Nepalese migrant worker due to lack of education, awareness,false promises by brokers, lack of effective government policies and lack of proper implementation of existing policies. Amnesty International Rampur Youth Network coordinator called all youth organization to raise awareness to Nepalese migrant worker to make sure whether brokers are making true promise or false promises of work abroad before planning to go abroad for work . Due to lack of stable government and lack of proper implementation of policy in Nepal it is being great problem of the Nepalese Migrant worker.
