Tragedy in Bangladesh

by | 27-04-2013 01:36

As a proud Bangladeshi, I am not quite comfortable about writing something bad about my own country. Bangladesh was is the 2nd most garments exporting country of the world. I think many of you people already know about what happened in Bangladesh.  I am quite hurt due to that incident. It took place at "Rana Plaza" near Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

I was just viewing BBC #WHYS.....Please note that Bangladeshi Garment industries are quite well-built. Although two corresponding unfortunate events took place, (a fire in Tazrine Garments during November & this...) I don't think this industry is near to destruction...To us every life counts...no matter it's of a Garment's worker or it's of some elite persons. The reason of fire at 'Tazrine Garments' was due to short-circuit which is quite possible in every factory of the world......the collapse at Savar was a private fault.......You can't blame our entire industry for that............( I strongly say that this #series-of-unfortunate-events have made us better than ever. We promise we would take good care of our working-class people from now on...................... :)

People who don't know what happened: Just check out any news website.

*There are a lot more horrendous pictures over the internet I don't think I should post them.
