Coastal education is a kind of education to educate human beings related blue starategy in maintaining the blue area of coast.  It is so close to marine and fishery. The coast is a part of beach containing a specific ecosystems that able to live there. The most well known ecosystem  of coast is mangrove forest or green belt area.

The above education emphasizes on how to educate the scouts and academicans as the major participants of coastal education. The education collabored with the Indonesian Greenaction Forum and the Belukap Mangrove Forest of University of Riau. The program was held in 15^th – 17^th April 2013 placed at Dumai, Riau. There were approximately 100 participants consisting scouts and academicans from different elementary schools. In addition, it was so attractive event by involving local communities as the players in nurturing the mangrove forest at Dumai. 

There were folowing event sequences including seminar, field trip, planting and maintenance the mangrove forest. The first day was seminar. It positively involved scouts to educate them about environmental education in detail. The representative of IGaF was Haqqy Rerian Erlangga who endeavored to present the coastal education to them. In addition, the 2^nd event was field trip describing how to cultivate the mangrove tree and to grow up them properly towards participants.

The last events was planting and maintenance the mangrove forest. Planting is more funny when they planted saplings in the mud. Although they felt a difficulty in moving on their body as planting saplings, they were still keeping in funny. The reason why they do that was the mother earth confronted destruction everday. Another reason was their compulsory to conserve coastal area as the major courses should be filled by academicans.

The saplings that are able to be grow up well and are able to be physical barriers of tidal wave or erosion is the main expectation of the growers. J
