  It is a group of motivated people who are engaged in social actions and environment protection movement, the movement was created in 2010 by 5 persons, you can find Ness Elkhir 7/7 in all across Algeria & in all the regions with 30 000 member (2011), They have two programs : Rahma Program : Which aims to humanitarian actions ( Blood Collection, Helping Poor People, Visiting Hospitals & Elderly Care Homes .... ) Environment Protection : It is devoted for environment, the program always holds the name of where the action is taken, for example : Blue Day to cleaning the beach, Green Day to cleaning the city or planting the saplings, or taking car of the woods, Sahara Day ....
