Doha?s Tornado Tower, a landmark example of a Siemens Total Building Solution, was lit up in green using energy efficient LED lights for the duration of COP18.

The award winning Doha Tower JEAN NOUVEL witnessed during the construction of the tower, quite a lot of attention to heat isolation in order to keep energy consumption for temperature regulation under control, the conventional double glazed glass panes coupled with the protective outer cladding served to reduce heat within the building, which was therefore less taxing for the cooling system.
