The following article was collected from Mary, a grade seven (7) student from Sathya Sai School who after hearing about Tunza Eco-generation felt so inspired to call for change. The clean and healthy environment is important to any living thing on earth. Human beings, animals, insects and plants all need water, food, and shelter of some sort to live healthy and happy lives. So we have to make sure our earth is protected against pollution of any kind. Take for example air pollution, what will happen if we pollute the air? Of course plants, humans, animals and insects will die.
We need oxygen from our precious trees in order to live. Air pollution is made mostly by us humans when we destroy the ozone layer by using chemicals instead of using substances that have a positive effect on the earth and the ozone layer. I call upon all of us to protect our environments. |
