Swam in the river in winter

Happy New Year All Tunza Eco-generation friends.

 

I celebrated amazing new year holiday this year J.

In Mongolia, its -35 degrees. But somewhere rivers are flowing still. Let?s imagine, all around the snow, ice and frozen river as well swimmer.

Me and my family swam in the river with people 31th December, 2012. Winter swimming activity promotes good health since it increases blood circulation and teases the immune system.

Most newcomers to the activity limit their exposure to a few seconds, while others who have more experience may stay in for a minute or two. Everyone who from baby to old man swim in the river in winter. 

 

It helps to release bad thing of last year, also gives more energy for us.
