 I don't look forward to New Year's Eve because it is the time here in the Philippines when people set of all the firecrackers. Not only is it so noisy but it releases so much pollution into the air because of the gunpowder that they use. Most of the time our family goes indoors before midnight and closes all our windows. But even if we do that you wake up in the morning to the smell of all the gunpowder and a feeling of a bad allergy attack coming. Even our dog hates New Year's Eve because of the huge popping sounds all around that really scares him. What's a better way of celebrating the coming of the New Year?
