Training of Trainers (TOT), Organized by the Technical student association of Nepal (TSAN) Rampur chitwan, Nepal. This program was organized up to 3 day from sept. 5th – 7^th, 2012.The MAIN !==!==!--object--====ive is to get the new ideas of training to the farmers and way to solve different problem with high efficiency. In the program chief guest was the senoior trainer Yadav Humagai and the guest campus chief Mr. shyam sundar Pant and president of TSAN Mr.Ravi Kiran Adhikari. As being ambassador of Tunza eco generation I put the view about the Tunza ecogeneration and all participant become familiar with the Tunza eco generation .There was the focus discussion on the different topic for how to the analyze the different problems and way to mitigate and adaptation strategies. Major problem are in the different sector of development and the group are divided on the name of development sector. which are as follow.

6.Climate change and

 environment conservation

After the 3 day training organized by the TSAN Nepal participant became familiar with the different way to solve the problem and the way to mitigate the adaptation techniques of climate change,environmental conservation and related topics. I have mainly focused on the group-6 which is related to the environmental conservation .As being the agricultural student and as the agriculture is the most vulnerable to the climate change, this topic is very important and is too much interested. So, in group no- 6 they discussed about the climate change adaptation techniques like cropping pattern change, double cropping, organic farming, agro forestry practices sloping agricultural land technology(SALT) etc.They get the idea how to make the training effective in the farmers fields and how can easily handle the training session with significant positive response and result. In this way different group have discussed about their own topic and analyze problem and find the adaptation and solution of the problems. 

          Finally participants become the familiar with the Tunza eco generation and able to analyze the problem and way to find out the mitigation and adaptation technique.
