by Yulduzkhon Abdurakhmonova | 01-10-2022 22:50

Extreme weather to be more clear extreme climate changes includes unexpected, unreasonable and uncertain weather. It has several reasons and different influences. Over a few decade many scientists are trying to anticipate catastrophic weather changes in order to avoid massive loss in human's and animal's population. Turkiye has very rare and varying fauna and it causes different climate changes and extreme weather. Thunderstorms, windstorms, heatwaves, wildfires are common in Turkiye. There were a lot of cases of extreme weather that caused huge damage on population, economy and nature. For instance, in 2021 the town which is located in the southwestern part of Muğla province experienced a wildfire which continued three days leaving only charcoals of hundreds of hectares of trees. Although Turkiye has been experiencing different type of diseases for few centuries, it wasn't as massive and devastating as today. It is getting worse and worse since humans are accelerating it. I have been living in Turkiye for about 3 years and untill now i also experienced extreme weather events many times such as earthquakes, strong windstorms, massive rainstorms and so on.
