Hello, everyone. I feel so doomed now. My computer had some problems and I had to write same thing (ambassador report) over and over again today, anyway let's start! For today's report, I would like to introduce you Korean traditional food called Kimchi! Yeahheee! As you may already know, it's one of the most healthiest and eco-friendly foods across the globe. Koreans eat this condiment 4o pounds per person each year that natives say "kimchi" instead of "cheese" when getting their pictures taken. The reddish fermented cabbage(sometimes radish)dish- made with a mix of garlic, salt, vinegar, chili peppers, and other spices- is served at every Korean meal, either alone or mixed with rice or noodles. It's high-fiber and low-fat diet that has kept diabetes at bay in Korea. Kimchi is also used in everything, from soups to pancakes, and as a topping on pizza and burgers. It is loaded with vitamins A, B, and C but its biggest benefit may be in its "healthy bacteria", found in fermented foods, like yogurt. This good bacteria helps you with digestion, plus it seems to help stop and even prevent yeast infections, according to a recent study |
