Iphone, Samsung Galaxy Tab or Blackberry, these phones are dream for an average youth. One can dream about having cell phones ever growing functions. Either be it touch or with QWERTY keypad or a sidekick, cell has been a must for each and every one. Studies have shown that cell phones may cause diseases like cancers, brain tumors, Parkinson's or Alzheimer's due to the radio-frequency radiation cell phones emit. Bees have a especial navigation system that helps them return to their hive. The radiation from cell phone affects the navigation system of bees making them unable to return back to their hive. As the bee can not conduct its normal activity, it dies. Pollination, in lack of bees can not be conducted so crop harvest will be lesser which may be a cause of famine in the future. Not only to bees but mobile radiation also affects cows, chicken and other animals. In this age of technology, we may find it hard to stay out of connection. But instead of using eco unfriendly technology we can seek for new innovations which will not effect the environment. |
