On July 22, 2020, Hyundai Motor Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding "Hyundai Jump School's educational volunteer program". Through this Memorandum of Understanding, Hyundai plans to contribute to Vietnam's education from this year to 2022.
The "educational volunteer program for students - Hyundai Jump School" was signed by Hyundai Motor Corporation with the non-profit social organization Jump, the Vietnam Volunteers for Peace and the University of Foreign Languages ​​- Foreign Languages ​​University. Hanoi National University.

Accordingly, Hyundai Motor Group will choose university students as tutors, study guides and accompany young people with difficult circumstances. Students will be granted scholarships and participate in mentoring activities to develop.
Hyundai Motor Group will choose 3 batches, totaling 150 Vietnamese university students in the next three years. Selected college students will provide customized academic instruction and emotional companionship with youth from local educational disadvantaged classrooms for 4 hours per week for approximately 10 month per group.

In addition, Hyundai Motor Group will provide university students with volunteer scholarships and the opportunity to participate in a mentoring program for future talent development.

In recent years, the private education market has grown, leading to the inequalities in education access caused by income differences. By appointing the best students to provide quality academic support and encourage the learning spirit of disadvantaged youth in society, the program is expected to contribute to the improvement of improve their learning environment.

The 'educational volunteer program for students - Hyundai Jump School' is a typical social contribution activity launched by the Korean Hyundai Group since 2013 with the aim of fostering young talents and contributing to address inequality in access to education.
