Topic: Nature and I

Nature is synonymous with the natural world, physical world, or material world in the broadest sense. The term "nature" can be used to describe both universal life and the phenomena of the physical world. From the subatomic to the cosmic, it spans a wide scale. It is only natural to feel inspired by large trees and chirping birds because nature is so rich in beauty, life, and wisdom. Many poets, writers, artists, and others have drawn inspiration from nature over the years. They were motivated by this amazing creation to write stories and poetry about it. They had a genuine appreciation for nature, and it shows in their works even now. Nature is essentially everything that surrounds us, including the air we breathe, the water we drink, the sun we enjoy, the birds we hear chirping, the moon we see, and more. Above all, it contains both living and non-living objects and is rich and vivid. Therefore, modern people should take a lesson from their ancestors and begin appreciating nature before it's too late.

Even if nature can defend us, it also has the capability to wipe out all of humanity. Nature in all its forms, including the plants, animals, rivers, mountains, moon, and more, is equally important to us. One component alone can have a catastrophic effect on how human life functions. We are all inspired by the amazing wonders of the natural world. It supports our culture, economy, and very survival. The food we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we require for our crops are all provided by forests, rivers, oceans, and soil. The myriad other commodities and services that nature supplies are essential to our health, pleasure, and prosperity.

I also think that being in nature actually helps people become wiser. Life awareness, in my opinion, is a fundamental human talent that contributes to everyone's capacity for information processing and logical reasoning across the board. My personal experience is that before I started learning about nature, I was quite self-absorbed and unable to observe what was going on around me.

Everytime, I roam around the nature I get lost in its serenity. Nepal is endowed with varied agroclimatic condition and differences in microclimatic condition even in small area is very common. Nature is invaluable gift to human from god. Nature is mysterious and it has self regulating, self control and self sufficiency properties. Being in nature makes soothing vibes in our mindset that we can initiate any thing with full concentration and dedication. It brings peace when one is lost in chaos of city. So, to escape from the hustle of city, I usually go to parks where I can be set free there.  Hiking in the outdoors has always made me happier, and of course less stress may play a significant role in this. Nowadays, technology is all around us and is meant to continually vying for our attention. However, many experts contend that because our brains were not designed for this kind of information overload, it can cause mental exhaustion, stress, and burnout, necessitating "attention restoration" in order to return to a normal, healthy condition. We must work for the betterment of today without compromising the future generation to be benefitted from nature. Promotion on sustainable use, management and maintenance of components of nature should be practiced. Nature conserving practices should be mandated in national policies and legislations.
