We are one with the nature and that is a given fact. We cannot deny that nature has provided us with plenty of profits for us to make. For instance, it has provided us with plenty of natural resources for us to create new things from. It varies from medicine to even furnitures and buildings. 

Studies have proved that being in or with nature improves the state of your mental health. An article by mind.org.uk said that spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. For example doing activities like gardening, exercising outdoors and even being with animals brings plenty of positive effects. 

Now why is this so? It is because when you are in nature you tend to breathe fresher air which gives you more energy and mental focus. This has been proven scientifcially because when there is a higher oxygen level, more oxygen would be circulated to your brain which makes you feel more energized and improves your ability to concentrate. 

Being surrounded by nature would be the perfect escape to the hustling and bustling of the world. And any relationship in this world is about giving and taking, hence in order for us to sustain this relationship and keep it ongoing without letting either one of us die, we should be grateful and care for our mother earth as much as it has been providing to us.
