Soil Pollution

by Amit Hassan | 21-06-2022 16:45

Soil pollution is the poisoning of land with abnormally high levels of hazardous chemicals. It is indeed a major environmental issue because it poses several risks. Presence of high benzene quantities in soil, as illustration, improves the chances of developing leukaemia. Anthropogenic impacts are mostly responsible for soil pollution in metropolitan areas. Production, corporate dumping, urban expansion, local garbage disposal, and inappropriate poison or nutrient management usage are a few instances.
