Why ride a bike more?

First of all, there are the advantages: it is good for your health as it reduces cardiovascular diseases and at the same time contributes to calorie burning and obesity prevention, improves lung capacity, strengthens the immune system, improves attention, helps us sleep better and reduces cortisol levels, etc. Honestly, I think we all know that there are quite a few benefits to cycling.

In my experience, I have always had a concern for and identity for taking care of the environment. That's why, for a long time, my mode of transportation for my daily activities has been the bicycle. I go to and from school by bike. I go to my afternoon activities by bike. Without a doubt, riding a bike is a unique experience since you know where you are going and, on the other hand, you take care of the environment. I also use an electric bicycle for comfort and ease. I save money, I take care of the environment, I like it. It's healthy, it's a great option. Undoubtedly, the government has to invest more in this. I feel that there is still a lack of education for cyclists, both for cars and pedestrians who cross without seeing, invade the bicycle lane, etc. However, I know that in the near future, this will change in favor of cyclists, making this the same way to promote cycling. 

I certainly invite you to use the bicycle as a means of transportation. If sweat or fatigue is an impediment, buy an electric bike, which is certainly an investment in the short term that will be paid back with what you spend on your conventional means of transportation.
