“Woods are lovely Dark and Deep,

But I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep”, a famous stanza penned by world renowned poet Robert Frost which clearly symbolize the journey of the people. 'Woods' in this poem symbolizes two things: Firstly, it symbolizes our distractions in various ways and temptations of life. We often get distracted by these things in the journey of our life and thus end up failing to reach our destination, our goals. secondly, woods symbolizes the beautiful aspects of this life. Many of us can just resemble our situation with these all aspects. Life is all about the journey where we learn much things from each individuals and one of the beautiful journey of my life is to be the member of this elite platform since 4 years. The Dream of becoming tunza Ambassador from a simple eco aspiring individual was finally accorded on date 2019/08/20 and i feel bless to connect and learn from the diverse group of people and the community member. The journey was not easy though and wasn’t tough as well. Still I remember awaking till mid night after all my  academics commitment just to read the ambassadors report and learn how to be better than I was. I am really thankful to all the ambassador from my country, from other countries who inspired and showed me the way from the puzzling maize, who kept their faith on me and taught me to dream and shoot higher than I could just do, don’t just bother just to be better than your predecessors but be the inspiration for the succeeder, be the true leader for the coming generation. I just cant explain the respect that I truly hold for them. First of all let me congratulate all the selected ambassador all across the world and my fellow ambassador who have successfully extended their term. It really gives immense pleasure to see how all the ambassador from all across the world are doing great to maintain the green circle they had truly proved  that nothing can change the dream and your determination if you are bold enough to dream and act. 

This year I am extending my term for the sixth time (2019-2022) for the regional ambassador for Asia. I am thankful for all the support and guidance from the every member and the ambassador all across the country. During my term I conducted both online and offline campaigns for all group of people ranging from the children to the chaperone in my region. I believe I had left no any stone to spread the eco literacy and share this wonderful platform to the people of my reach hence this year I am here to make a sincere and kind request to my every ambassador and eco generation members to recommend me for the most inspirational ambassador for 27^th Term.

During the 27th term I would like to recommend SANDHYA ADHIKARI from Nepal as I believe that she had served her best in the green circle since she joined this vibrant platform. she has selflessly shared this platform to many Nepalese youth and children of her reach as we can see the increasing number of participant in this platform and Nepal has set its rank to top three position always since a year. She had continued to spread environmental knowledge, eco motivation at her country and I believe this has inspired many youth and children  in Nepal. She had focused her self for advocating eco Literacy to the children of village areas mostly. She had been involved at various NGOs of Nepal and  had ever given top most priority to environment and environmental literacy campaigns. Her deepest concern for mother nature and its civilians can be accepted via her project concerned with plantation, recycling, leadership development, promoting sustainable agriculture, offline and online awareness campaigns, national campaigns, collaborative Program at National as well international platform and competitions on various environmental theme. She always believe that a step can bring a huge and remarkable change in the society. Her activities are inspirational to Tunza Family and I think herself as a deserving candidate for this wonderful honorable recognition. This title will be a motivation and milestone for her to carry out her works in a sky rocketing way. Thank You!!!

WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES AND CONTRIBUTION MADE BY SANDHYA ADHIKARI AS THE INSPERATIONAL ONE?

Some other Experiences:

Ø Ø      # School Awareness campaign organizer to local children of my village about the Air pollution, consequences and effects of air pollution on both environment and Human health

Ø Ø      # Participant of Bagamati Cleanliness campaign of Nepal. Bagmati is one of the holiest river of Nepal which has been polluted due to human activities.

Ø Ø     #Participant and idea initiator of Community awareness campaign on the preventative measure of one of the epidemic disease dengue in Nepal. In this campaign our team has organized rally campaigns, powerpoint presentation to local people, door to door counseling to local person about this disease.

# Idea initiator and introduction of Foldscope: 1$paper microscope for the first time at IAAS Paklihawa. Along with this I had organized the seminar and workshop about this affordable microscope to nearly 4 Lower secondary school of Nepal with a aim to transform science education to all the children of my area leaving no one behind.

Ø Participant and demonstrator of Vermi composting, Bio pesticides programme organized by YES Agriculture

Ø Ø       Participant at Exhibition carried out by IVSA paklihawa where I had demonstrated use of plastics for various purposes to nearly 700 students who has visited us.

Ø Ø     Organizer of Power of Words: Tunza in my village, where I had organized speech competition to school children on the burning issues like plastics pollution, climate change and aware them about the mitigation measures.

Ø Ø      Organized Essay competition to school children on Environmental Pollution along with presentation and documentary.

Ø Ø   Organized Drawing competition with the theme Art with surrounding, given presentation and  Eco motivation to small children about the deleterious effect that our earth is facing due to human activities,

Ø Ø     # Collected eco promises from my friends, how they are going to protect this earth through their small act.

Ø Ø       # Disseminate the knowledge of period pollutants on the environment and oceans and encouraged to use home made sanitary pads through by report.

Ø Ø      Raised around 500 plant saplings for afforestation programme.

Ø Hosted all Nepal Digital poster competition on the theme “climate change”

WHY I FIND MY SELF AS ONE OF THE  DESERVING AMBASSADOR TO HOLD THIS TITLE?

 I believe that each ambassador deserve to hold this title as their work are totally remarkable and appreciable. Taking about myself i believed that since a long period for more than 3 years I had spread eco literacy to more than 1000 members of my region not only this I had been continuously assisting each member across all over the world regarding the problem they face using this website and I believe I tried my best to serve for  the green community and I would be more than happy to receive this honorable title from tunza family as the blessing that will always inspire and motivate me to work more to give more for the society and the earth.
