[Free Report] Gardening

by Sara Dauletyarova | 01-03-2022 00:01

-          Gardening is quite popular in my country; this is because people are interested in planting vegetables and fruits and also it is regarded as household income.

There are a lot of benefits to having a garden.
-        According to 2006 research, gardening can reduce dementia risk by 36 percent. A survey of 2,800 people who were over 60 showed that outdoor activities like gardening could lower the risk factors of dementia in the future.
-        A study in the Netherlands found out that gardening could help better reduce stress than other hobbies.
-        Gardening is considered a form of enjoyable aerobic exercise.
-        Many retired people find it difficult to handle loneliness, but community gardens are a perfect way to engage with others, where the participants plant together and share some experiences.

We¡¯ve been always told that my family is rich, and this is because we own a big backyard garden. It was created by my granddad who loved nature and gardening was his pastime, but now the gardener is my dad. Every spring, my dad will be busy planting new fruit trees, while my mom with flowers. There are more than seven different fruit trees including apples, apricots, pears, and many more.
Since we harvest own fruits and veggies, we usually save our money and rarely buy anything. I really love being surrounded by the nature we created, which makes my day whenever i feel sad or tired.
