What am I doing to save the environment

by Prince Foley | 19-02-2022 04:47

Ever since I became an ambassador for my country Malawi, at tunza Eco-generation. I have dedicated much more time and energy in environmental management activities. Therefore since last year in November I made up a plan to establish acharitable, voluntary, environmental conservation organization that will be focusing much on promoting and providing sustainable solutions through awareness and actions to the disturbing environmental impacts. The name of the organization is Community Environmental Awareness and Action in Malawi (CEAAM). And I am the executive director for the organization.
Our visions include bringing about a green revolution, changing people¡¯s psychological apperception to reduce their carbon footprint and making true climate-neutral citizens, spreading green advocacy, popularizing clean energy, promoting biodiversity, protecting natural environment, conserving natural resources and mitigating climate change.
The organization comprises youths as they are the main playmaker of every societal change and they are the driving forces of any development. This will help youths to be actively participating in environmental and natural resources activities in my community.
We are planning to start operating on ground in April after official registration.
Currently, we do not have any funds or donors to support our activities, we are just relying on our pockets but we are sure that everything will work just according to the plan. the most important thing is to save the sick environment.
If there is anyone who would like to help with anything feel free to do so, and you're most welcome.
Anyone enthusiastic about nature and devoted to work for the environment, is welcome to get affiliated with Community Environmental Awareness and Action in Malawi (CEAAM) and put his effort to conduce a green revolution.
