RENEWABLE ENERGY IN FIGHTING CLIMATE CHANGE.

The fight against climate change requires a change in how we do things. Here, we need to take the challenges or major causes of this phenomenon as an opportunity to advance and find its solutions. Talk of the carbon emission by cars, pollution from industries, deforestation, burning of coals among others as the major causes of climate change. At no point should we ever magnify these root causes while stating how impossible it is to solve them. Rather, we need to stay positive in this fight for there is a solution.

Additionally, we need not to try and stop individuals from doing any of this acts as this may prove to be too hard. On the contrary, we need to provide cost effective and environment friendly alternatives for them. Trust me nobody will refuse to try out such measures and in the long run embrace them.

Maybe they will be reluctant for sometime, that is the nature of human beings, but after trial of such measures, they will definitely adopt them. What alternatives are these? What do you have in mind? I hope you are thinking of the renewable forms of energy!

So far, they have proved to be the hope for the climate safe world we are craving for. With its benefits outweighing the costs, renewable forms of energy are now the way to go if we want to satisfy our craving. Talk of no or close to zero carbon emission; renewable energy got that covered. Now come to think of it, what if the whole world implemented the renewable forms of energy in every aspect of life? Would we be where we are today?  Maybe we would be a milestone in this fight against climate change.

This means that we have to think outside the box and give a renewable energy solution for every climate change contributing factor. That is, if the use of firewood is the challenge towards this fight, then an alternative such as use of biogas can be recommended and the government should ensure availability of the biogas plants. This applies to all the other contributing factors.

Renewable energy forms such as biomass energy, solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, hydro energy and tidal energy ensure zero carbon emission which will reduce the greenhouse gases hence no global warming. These forms also because of their low or zero pollution rates ensure improved health for humans, animals and plants, reduce corrosion of rooftops thus we are assured of a non-damaged environment conducive for every living organism.

Complete transition from non-renewable energy sources to renewable sources therefore prove to be the best decision when it comes to tackling climate change. As stated earlier, transiting may prove to be difficult or may even face resistance but that should not make you as a climate change activist surrender. Take the bold step and fight for it for this will remain the only savior to our mother earth.
