Today we'll discuss about Lou, a lady who is recycling recycled beer bottles into more environmentally friendly building bricks!

So there's a guy named Lou in Zanzibar who observed a lot of alcohol bottles on the streets! This was harming the ecosystem, and the glass/plastic pollution was particularly harmful! So Lou made the decision to take action. She began collecting these bottles, converting them to concrete, and building houses in an environmentally friendly manner! Lou's team spent over three years perfecting this solution, and we hope she takes it to the rest of the globe!
