Hello everyone, I am Sagar Koirala, regional ambassador for Asia. I have been advocating for Climate issues since more than 6 years.  I have been associated with lots of Volunteerism initiatives and activities to date. I have conducted a few Climate Strikes, a cleanliness campaign, tree plantation, and many other environmental activities. I am also advocating for a sustainable agri-food system and am in the organizing team of UN Food Systems Summit 2021. 2021 AD has been focused more on creating sustainable food systems globally and I have been actively part of the initiative. I brought the initiative of planting trees on birthdays and made it popular among people in my circle.

I am active in Tunza since more than 2 and half year and have been conducting various events and campaigns on regular basis. I have organized over 20 different events from tunza platforms and did partnership to around 4-5 events as sustainability partner. I am thankful to Nepalese tunza  ambassadors Kushal Naharki, Balkrishna Pandey, Meena Pandey, Sandhya Adhikari, Asmita Gaire, Dolma Sherpa, Binita Suwal, Shobha Pokhrel and Sharmila Pandey for the continuous love and effort showered on me. I am also thankful to two awesome mentors assigned to us for guiding us. I have made many new friends from this platform and hope to make many more in days to come. I have always believed the power of youths for climate action. I am also a Nepalese representative of YOUNGO group, which is official youth consistuency of UNFCCC. I am also member of UNEP MGCY and had been advocating for promotion of environment-friendly policies in global arena. I am one of the selected YECAP (Youth Empowerment For Climate Action Platform) fellow under UNDP Asia Pacific and is promoting climate advocacy in whole Asia Pacific region through various climate advocacy and activities. I have been fighting for Climate Action and will continue till my last breath.

This is my last term as an ambassador and I want to end it in happiest way. If you guys like my effort and dedication for environment and Climate action, then do recommend me for the most inspirational ambassador for 26^th term. May the most inspirational ambassador among us win the title.
