Solar Energy: A Renewable Energy

by Bindu Dhakal | 23-07-2021 00:30

Solar energy is the energy that we get from the sun. It is called renewable energy because it never ends until there is the sun. Solar energy is converted into thermal energy and electrical energy with the help of photovoltaic cells. The photovoltaic cells can convert solar energy into electrical or thermal energy even in low sunlight so there is no cut-off energy even on cloudy or rainy days. Solar energy is pollution-free energy because it does not contain any chemicals, harmful gases, or flying ashes. Solar energy is the popular form of energy, many houses, offices; schools use solar energy to fulfill the need for electricity.

As pollution is the major problem nowadays, many countries use a large number of solar energy to keep their countries pollution-free and the environment clean. Solar energy is not only pollution-free but also is low in cost that even low economic families can afford it. The solar panel is set up on the rooftop and the bulb is connected in a room, which results in the low cost of an electric bill. There is a solar panel in my house too for 10 years and we are enjoying the low-cost electricity. Hence I would personally also recommend everyone to have solar panels and electricity in their house.
