Some daily tips to stay healthy

While writing this I feel like it's the basic thing that everyone is must be known and everyone is doing something to stay healthy after all, the only thing that matters is our health.

But as I think we didn¡¯t consider following healthy habits, although we are completely known of it because right at this young age we are fine, we don¡¯t have any health problems. But if we don¡¯t adopt healthy habits right now, then it may be difficult when we are aged.

I remember one incident when the principal of our school told us that if our heart can work 24 hours to make us alive then why can't we give one hour for our heart to be healthy and from that day I started giving an hour to my heart health. So, some daily simple and easy tips to stay healthy are mentioned below:

1.    Waking up early: We all are known to a proverb ¡°Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy, and wise¡±. So waking up before sunrise makes us more active.

2.    Having a glass of warm water: Lukewarm water on an empty stomach is good. It helps in excretion.

3.    Jugging or yoga: Here comes the key thing that makes us more healthy and active, doing yoga for an hour daily is best. It will help in circulation, respiration, and so on.

4.    Healthy eating is most important because food mainly determines our health, we should not take food which is more spicy, salty and sweet.

These mentioned tips are not hard and I hope every member of Tunza eco-generation would follow.
