Today we all Nepalese are celebrating Mother Day, which is also called " Mata tirtha aaushi". In this day we honor the motherhood, maternal bond and the influence of mother in society. There is nothing that we can compare with our mother, her sacrifices, her love, care and affection for us. She is the true manifest of god and goddess. There is only one relationship in this mortal life which effortlessly scores above all other Known relationships on the Earth. That is none other than that of the mother, which is genuinely priceless in terms of her selflessness love, dedication and devotion towards family. So every person from all across the country celebrates mothers day to remember the importance and significance of mother in their life and is observed as a day to  emphasize the motherly figure around the world. Although different countries celebrate the occasion on different dates, the common month is March or May. It is similar effort like other celebrations like Fathers day, grand parents day and others.
 
Our biological mother gave birth to us and raised on the mother Earth. Being an eco worrier I consider mother earth too as my mother, she is the one who gave us the space to sustain our life in the form of land and environment, she gave us an oxygen to breathe in the form of trees, she gave water to quench our thirst. So she is the one who has given everything with selflessness like our biological mother. It hurt us when our mother gets sick and stuck with some problems. But do we feel the same when you see our mother earth facing problems due to our actions? Might be yes or might be Now. But it hurts to see earth being over crowed with peoples, wastes, industrial emission, now our mother earth has just crossed the threshold limits, global warming has just risen up, climate change has just risen up, so it’s the time to think for her too, to make her a safe haven and the better place to sustain. We must have to take care of her from the individual level. Today is the mother day so I also want to make some resolution for the protection of mother earth as follows;
 
   Carry my own shopping bags to minimize the consumption and use of       the plastics
   Minimize the junk products for consumption as junk products are               wrapped in the plastics
   Always turn off the light and water tap when not in use
   Adopt a vegan life as meat product emits the methane gas ( p.s : still I         am 25% non veg)
   Gift a tree as birthday gift
   Recycle the unused plastics bottle for the plantation of indoor plants

Here is one short poem dedicated to mother earth;

Dear Human,
Don't try to be an element of destruction
Yeah, Climate is changing protect your possession

See the double tongued glacier has begun to melt
Arctic is warming, making the life arduous in land belt,

Ozone is contracting into our sandwiches,
Enhanced, engulfed and translated by carbon magics,

Corals are bleaching, Greenhouse emission repeating
Something is unfair, yeah unfair with the Mother Earth
Something is warming, something is wrong
Obviously yes, its non other than climate change!!!!

These all are my resolution for the Mother Earth and would like to wish a happy mother day to Mother Earth. Thank you Mother for all your love and your deeds for us. If any of you have any resolution please I would be more happy to read yours.
