This makes it seem like solar is the better deal. Point to note that you can use wind turbines in remote parts of Antarctica but not solar. The case for deployment is different. Turbines work through rain and dessert storms (since most of them are plastic) while solars need sunlight. Governments need to look into incentivizing small wind turbines. It is assumed that with the same amount of R& and Development in this sector, small wind turbines can be a better alternative to home solar.
