After the successful accomplishment of school campaign at more than 4 school I had planned to organize some online campaign. Due to the outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic all the places has imposed lockdown so During my 25^th term ambassadorship, I had initiated Online Fortnight green quiz as an ambassador programmes where at each 15-30 days a series of question has been asked to the participant through a google document and the one of the most active participant will be declared winner after completion of the my 25^th Ambassadorship. This quiz was organized with the main aim to disseminate environmental literacy to the children and youth. I was absolutely glad to have the huge response from number of participant for the programme with their constructive feedbacks. It was very difficult to choose the one  winner among 100 of participant. Observing their activeness, their dedication towards the environment and their logical answers to some question, here I am going to announce the name of the Winner. Without any ado, the winner of the Online Fortnight Quiz is Ms. Asmita Dhakal, an Undergraduate Environmental science Students from Amrit  Science Campus Nepal. She had demonstrated active participation during the entire session. She has also carried out various environmental campaigns participated in Climate change mitigation trainings organized by various organization. So Tunza Eco Generation regional ambassador would like to offer huge congratulations to Ms. Asmita Dhakal for her dedication for the protection of the mother Earth. They were also asked the under mentioned question and some of the logical answer has been mentioned below;

1.     1.  Everyone has a hidden eco heroism inside him/her, I think you have the same. We want to know what inspire you to be an eco warrior?

Asmita Dhakal

1.      In my opinion, being an eco-warrior does not require any qualifications. Everyone can become an eco-warrior. And caring for the environment is not only a topic of interest, its everyone's responsibility. So, I'm inspired by my responsibilities to care for the home where i live.

2.      We know burning fossil fuels contributes to more than 70% of global GHG emissions and forest degradation contributes 17% of GHG emissions. Therefore to mitigate climate change we need to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In alternative to fossil fuels, we can adopt renewable energy resources like: solar energy, wind and hydropower energy. Use of electric appliance can reduce the fossil fuel consumption. Similarly, plantation program also helps in climate change mitigation. Trees acts as a carbon sink, they absorbs the atmospheric carbon dioxide and the reduce carbon concentration in the atmosphere. 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) principle can also be effective in mitigating climate change. Mitigation of the climate change is not a single action it requires the hand to hand support, collaboration for reducing the impact. We can also enrich children with the knowledge and carry out awareness campaigns for the climate change mitigation.

Roshma Pandey:

 1. The wrappers of chocolates, junk and readymade items and plastic bottles which is corrupting the beauty of environment around me and the will to reverse this scenario inspires me to act for the environment.

2. -Maximum minimization of vehicles running through petroleum products, finding out alternative to plastic which is biodegradable

Prakriti Ghimire:

-At the present context, people are unaware about what is going nearby them due to which no one in curious about environment and environment conservation. So, at this phase we can do some even small efforts we can bring a drastic change and also motive other peoples towards it.

-individual efforts and motivating other for the efforts are important.

All the constructive comments, feed backs and suggestion has ever inspired me to be a better version of myself. It has been a 2 and half year journey with Tunza Eco generation and had this journey has shaped me, brought so many positive impact on me, ignited the flame to conserve the environment and taught me how individual action brings a positive impact on the society. After the grand success of this program soon I will be coming with an innovative eco campaign. I assure to contribute for the earth because I AM THE WOMEN OF THIS EARTH.
