In our day to day life,plastic is used in many purpose.So, plastic waste is very huge amount which is not eco-friendly.Plastics need more time for decomposition.Also every month huge number of plastic wastes are thrown into the sea,ocean and so on.This is creating harmful impact in the lifestyle of marine livings.On the other hand,it has severe impact on land too.

That's why there is an alternate of use of plastic,we can use edible water bubbles in exchange of it.They are suitable for nature.However, there are few issues while using it but if we work hard there are possibilities of finding solutions.

Edible liquid bubbles,the water contains an edible membrane which consists of two tasteless ingredients,such as;sodium alginate (derived from seaweed) and calcium chloride.This ingredients are almost used in food industry so they are safe.This edible water bubbles are round in shape,water remains frozen into a ball to hold it's shape.It also helps water molecules from mixing with membrane chemicals.This ice ball is dipped into calcium chloride solution,outer layer of ice ball melts where some of the calcium ions diffuse in it.After that,it is dipped in warm sodium alginate solution which forms the membrane.The calcium ions replace sodium atoms in alginate.It binds the molecules together,calcium has two positive charges which lets it bond to two alginate chains at once,tangling them up.About 2 to 5 minutes enough of the alginate molecules have polymerized together.The ice melts to liquid centre to form stable skin.That's the whole process for edible liquid bubbles formation.A company named skipping rocks lab worked on it.Machines can produce 100 bubbles within 5-10 minutes,this is cheaper than plastic and eco-friendly.Including water it can also carry soft drinks,spirits,cosmetics so on.But there are some issues about packaging,distribution and hygiene.This bubbles are breakable so necessary steps should be taken.If we use dirty hands then germs will likely contaminate the water balls and it will turn into petridish of microorganisms.In this circumstance,we need find way out of it.

In this regard,we can reduce use of plastics.There are lots of ways to make the environment a better place.If we keep on working,there is possibility in finding solutions.Thus, it will balance our climate and environment.We can keep our water bodies safe and landmass too.
