People maintain a relationship with their environment in various fields. The interaction between man and nature can impact the functioning of his ecosystem or ensure its protection. In our various companies, several trades related to the environment exist but the most practiced are in the fields of sanitation, water and industry. In Guinea, for example, the issue of insalubrity is a problem that the public authorities face due to a lack of organization in the area. The sanitation companies that exist in this country face enormous difficulties in ensuring service coverage, which is why most of the country's cities are in a very critical state of sanitation. The sanitation professions play a preponderant role in the preservation of the environment and public health, which is why it is important for managers to encourage young people to get involved in the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises to offer sanitation services to the various municipalities. This will create jobs and reduce unemployment. The environmental field can create huge jobs in underdeveloped countries which do not have a very efficient garbage management system. Prioritizing the environment in the national policies of countries is a way for them to build a sustainable development.
