Celebrations and the Environment – Free Report

Celebrations are occasions used to mark important events. During these events, many people would love to have fun and exchange pleasantries. In mist of celebrations and merrymaking, we tend to pollute the environment without consciously knowing it.

Val¡¯s day is around the corner, and it is characterized by lots of celebrations and merrymaking. Since it is a day of showing love, a lot of gifts would be given out as well. Val¡¯s day is again characterized by the eating of chocolate. Chocolates are packaged in plastic wrappers or in boxes. When either of the two means of packaging are improperly disposed, it pollutes the environment. I foresee a massive change this year because due to Covid-19 a lot of restrictions have been put in place to help keep people at home. But indeed, in their houses we have no control of what people do with their time or the kind of materials they consume.

A piece of advice would for each and every one of us to be environmentally conscious and concentrate on saving and preserving our environment. It is good to have fun and enjoy but inversely, it is also very good to let your actions affect the state of your environment. A good environment is one devoid of sickness, pollutions and climate change. So remember to keep that wrapper with you till you find bin to place it in it.

Happy Val¡¯s Day from Ghana.

Green Cheers!
