One of the most toughest topic that I had ever felt to choose and pen down, Every job, actions and act are inspiring and most important in their one way, so choosing one among all is a bit a difficult one. Today I have chosen to write about the Conservational Ecologist as an elite environmental jobs though there are many.

 Conservational Ecologist are those who are responsible for putting into practice systems and programmes to manage and protect our environment (animals, surrounding and plant populations). They mostly specialize themselves at the particular field such as wildlife, flora, fauna, fishes, birds etc. They are the one who carry out the research activities at the insitu as well as exitu level at lab as well as in the field. They are the one who studies the relationship between the organisms and how they are interlinked with the environment, how they are effected by the various human and the natural action, many anthropogenic activities is creating the deleterious impact on the environment, conservational ecologist seek the solution for such effects. They are the one who studies the climate change action, impact, gravity of the consequences, agriculture GHG emission .They are the one who teaches students, public about the conservational strategies, they carry out various programmes, mass awareness campaigns at the local level for the conservation of the surrounding environment and the ecosystem. They are the one who develops the solution and the mitigation strategy for the conservation of the biodiversity, environment related issues. So I believe conservational ecologist is one of the most important environmental job. Honestly speaking I am the one who has been inspired by the conservational ecologist of my area. Their dedication, their work and their passion ever energizes me to do the best for the best.

Here in this article I am going to share about one of my inspiring personality, one of the conservational ecologist whom I admire the most. He is the most influencing person among the few I met. Mr. Subodh Khanal one of the faculty member of my university Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences Paklihawa Nepal. He is the department head of Department of Agro ecology. His work and dedication for the conservation of the biodiversity of collage is admirable. He inspires, he supports and he encourage students for the activities that has to be carried out at the collage premises for the mitigation of the environmental constraints. The various climate change mitigation strategy has been adopted under their leadership. Recently my university has started CSA i.e Climate Smart Agriculture practices to encourage the students and to make them work for the global concern,

Thus I believe the job of conservational ecologist is the most crucial.
