 Greenish companies try to maintain a stable formation of the economy of their own state and its society, making products with the least damage for the purpose of the surrounding area, introducing environmental protection values ​​from among their own employees also of the surrounding society, cooperating with philanthropic institutions and sponsoring social events and initiatives.

 Greenish companies often perform a prudent politician according to nature conservation and respect for the fair person in the field of non-hazardous work.

 Greenish Labor Zones is the name given to workers in the areas that are considered to be part of greenish companies.  The word originated from Alan Derning who used the word "green collar" in 1999 according to the logging industry.  The word has been expanded in order to cover a wide range of workers in the areas, from the repair of bicycles and the technological service of the garden to the manufacture of also processing of fine batteries.

 Greenish companies function to reduce harm to nature by creating greenish work areas, making greenish food products, reducing also optimizing overconsumption, making basic feeding foods.

 What belongs to the "green" workers sites?

 First of all, in general, you need to make your choice with what belongs to the "green" manufacturing.  Industries that reduce the impact of harmful emissions and production activities on the surrounding area include, for example, the recycling of residues or the manufacture of machines that work on more environmentally friendly fuels.  This, however, female labor processes - cleaning, processing, activities with factory equipment - have every chance of being both environmentally friendly, and harmful, and dangerous for the existence and health of workers.

 "Green" labor zones in industry and agriculture - given, in the first place, these, that which correspond to the judgment of decent work: harmless demand, appropriate wages, steady workload, fulfillment of the worker's fair face.  Almost, such are the labor zones, which function the characteristics of decent work with an orientation towards protecting the surrounding sphere.

 The movement itself for the creation of "green" workers in the zones is more widespread in the states that establish the requirement of work in the first place - the United States of America, the Land of the Maple Leaf, Germany.  Thus, for example, in California there is a special project for training experts in the installation and maintenance of other energy switches - wind and water mills, fine batteries, etc. In addition, "green" labor zones are being prepared in more undeveloped countries - Port, Country,  Five-thousander, where they are aimed at socially defenseless and poor strata of residents.  In recent years, the DPRK and China have begun to deal with green manufacturing.

 Currently, "green" labor zones have been introduced on the following types of manufacturing:

 * Work with the cleanest energy concepts (fine, windy, soft list of sources);

 * Harmless processing of residues;

 * Creation of environmentally friendly agricultural infrastructure;

 * Renewable energy sources list.

 In our country, the transformation to "green" production and, in accordance with this, "green" labor zones is not expected to be quick.  In the first priority as a whole, due to the fact that the legal and regulatory framework governing the relationship among the employer, the country and the workers, is only still being created, directed and subject to continuous change.  By this, in addition to the previously established concept of the score of the circumstances of work, other operations are performed in this flow.  In particular, the introduction of the best publicly available technologies (BAT) into the production movements of many companies, the use of which also makes it possible to reduce the negative impact of industrial objects on the surrounding area.  Thus, at the end of October, at the same time, a number of reference and industrial reference books of BAT passed the approval operation and will soon be posted and distributed on production subjects.
