Country's environmental regulation or infrastructure

Singapore is one of the most well-developed countries in the Asia and it has a unique but effective way to solve the issue of waste and garbage that I have never seen in any countries. Instead of having landfills, they create a factory with high-techniques which can burn the garbage but does not increase the CO2 at the same time.
Singapore which is a sovereign islandcity-state in maritime Sotheast Asia lies about one degree of latitude north of the equator, off the southern tip of the Malay peninsula, b bordering the Straits of Malacca to the west, the Riau Islands to the south, and the South China Sea to the East.
Singapore is one of the richest countries in the world but, at the same time, it is also the country which has the smallest area, at the result, it is unable to build landfills like other countries. So the BURN it, next, they collect all the ashes and deliver it to a hand-made islands and burry it into a special water. This process keeps the environment clean, and it also saves alot area for Singapore.
You may wonder that, if they burn the rubbish, it produces CO2. In fact, it does not have any negative impact on Singapore. They use a unique but useful technique to burn the trash. Inside the factory which is use to burn rubbish, it is a fire burn 24 hours a day and daily. This 1000 Celcious degree fire will eat all the trash of Singapore, at the same time, it geneates heat to produce energy for Singapore. The Singapore's scientists has created a special filter to take away all the toxic smoke and the chimney of that factory emits only fresh air.
