Terranova is a series that addresses the ecological challenges facing the world. This series tells the story of a world that has fallen victim to scourges such as: ecosystem degradation, air and water pollution, lack of food, degradation of the living environment and the world is dying. A temporary bankruptcy was discovered and humanity was offered an unexpected opportunity. As a first step, a number of people were chosen to join a new world. A family of four members and some people made the decision to go to this new world to finally allow their child to live and grow up in a protected environment. 

When this group arrived they were greeted with the words of the commander who is responsible for the security of the inhabited area. In his welcome speech we can remember: dear people of Terranova we are offered a new beginning and all together we are on the threshold of a new civilization. The world you are leaving has been the victim of the lowest instances of our species, including the destruction of the ecosystem and ignorance. We have spoiled and destroyed everything. But unfortunately we have been given a second chance to start afresh, a chance to make no more mistakes.

Although they have a second chance some of them will have the spirit of destruction of this new world for questions of personal wealth. 

In this series, we will remember that in spite of this chance offered by this population, some people, because of their ignorance and their desire for wealth, exploit the environment by destroying it.   

The message retained in this series is that the protection of the environment must be focused first on changing the mentality and behavior then make available to the actors technical and legal means to preserve our ecosystem.
