[Free Report]The Big White Lie

by Rafa Mohammed Ashique | 30-10-2020 19:03

How on Earth did our culture end up believing that the breastmilk of another animal, packed with saturated fat and cholesterol, was vital to human health somehow?

As one of the more powerful lobbies,
millions of dollars have been spent by the dairy industry perpetuating the myth that the white stuff
is necessary and desirable for humans.

Seriously, about 60% of humans can't even digest milk from cows. And studies have shown that people who eat large quantities of milk products have a higher risk of bone fracturing and prematurely dying. It's no wonder more people are ditching cow's milk for balanced vegan choices than ever before.

We can trace the origins of major dairy corporations back to the First World War, when our government generated an overwhelming demand for powdered and canned milk to send troops overseas. Many farmers had abandoned other crop production by the time the war finally ended and spent everything they had in the dairy industry.

Even now, millions of dollars are being paid by the dairy industry to pay off lawmakers who protect their interests whenever national dietary standards come up for review. A serving of cow's milk is still a mandatory part of school lunches around the nation, and under the USDA's dietary guidelines, three servings a day are still recommended despite the mountain of evidence showing that it is harmful to human health. Milk? Got it? Yeah, what about "Got Conned?"

unsustainable dairy farming and feed production can lead to the loss of ecologically important areas, such as prairies, wetlands, and forests. Producing meat and dairy is said to release more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere than any other type of food production

There is a recent move towards promoting Milk as 'free-range' or 'grazed outdoors'. Sadly, in spite of these names, Industrial dairy production, Cows need to go through infinite periods of giving birth and getting their own. As well as early death in the slaughterhouse, the calves were taken away from them.

A dairy cow's life is extraordinarily intense, repeatedly artificially being Until going through insemination and giving birth, lactating and milking, Again, the loop. The speed of this process reduces the lifetime of a dairy cow from Up to 20 years to three-five years or so. Furthermore, male calves are Either killed very shortly after birth or slaughtered further down for meat for the rows.

A number of sources from which you can get enough calcium, a key source We need a substance, but we don't need to get it from milk products. Foodstuffs include broccoli, kale And a good source of calcium is nuts. Dried sources include other sources, Fruits, berries, almonds and brazil nuts and seeds in particular, as well as pulses and Tofu.

Thankfully, humans are slowly catching on to the major "white lie." In the past five years, vegan milk sales have risen by 61 per cent and are now eaten by 58 per cent of American adults. Modern dairy industry-backed campaigns such as # Februdairy have been utter busts, and more business experts are calling on our political leaders to make it possible for the archaic industry to collapse.
