Purchasing such green products might seem small, but it surely contributes to reducing the negative impacts we leave on earth. Nowadays, not only individuals, but governments around the globe are making some kind of effort to save our planet. Specifically, the government of Canada is forwarding an increasing number of funds towards businesses that have a positive environmental impact.

Businesses contribute to sustainable development by using clean technologies, developing or manufacturing sustainable products, and through many other ways. BoreA Canada was one of the supported businesses which were paid $1115,190 for its contribution in multi-purpose building in 2022. They produce extracts like essential oils and hydrosols through sustainable processes—reduces greenhouse gas emission by 60% compared with the usual process. Another business that was reckoned for its green acts was TalThi Inc, supported by a repayable contribution of $750,000. TalThi is a business that offers food packaging to its customers. It is known for its outstanding environmental practices and its sustainable development policy. 

Today, there are millions of green products that are at our fingertips. Regardless of its simple accessibility, it’s a solution to various environmental issues like the problem of whales and contaminants. Like the government has done, we, as consumers, can support the businesses leading to a sustainable future.
