.png)    have successfully completed Climate Reality Learership Corps Global Training provided by Climate Reality Project between August 26th to Sepetember 3rd. I can now produly say that I have been trained by Former US Vice President Al Gore. Triaining began with the orientation video by Al Gore and our introduction in the group by our mentors on the 26th August. Then. First Slideshow was presented by Al Gore on Introduction to Clinate Change followed by his slideshows on Science, solutions and, stories and science, solution, and, social change. We were made to have a hour of table work discussion after each presentation by Al Gore. We had on demand panel discussion session on various topics lead by climate reality leader around the world, introduction to regional projects of climate reality and regional climate leaders meetup. There was a skill building session on the following topics to enhance our skills. - Mastering the Presentation -Coalition Building For A Just Future -Digital Media: Engaging on Onlinw Community - Infleuncing Decision Makers: Digital Lobbying - Community Based Climate Education -How the group of teenagers led the largest climate mobilization in history and how can we join them -Civic Engagement: Reaching Your Circle We also had networking session meeting and knowing global young climate leaders. The training ended with Foreer Vice President Al Gore answering our questions and presenting his slide show on Taking it home. We also performed various trainig exercises mentored by a mentor amd climate leaders during the sessions. We wrote our climate story, performed a research on climate impacts and solution, compleyed an After -Action Report and Action Plaanning Worksheet adding various acts of leadership on our profile. I have been involved in the field of climate action with events, awarenesss, and advocacy in the last four years with my recent global virtual workshop on "Connect to Climate: Creating Climate Leader" and Now I can proudly say that I am Climate Reality Leader !!!! |
