In 2020 many things changed in my life, and I believe in everyone's across the world, the pandemic made me see things differently. Staying at home made me see how important is to go out, to see my friends, to stay with my family. We could see how our actions are having consequences now in the environment. Fires in Australia in January and now in California; the masks pollution etc. I always was concerned about the environment but now it is time for me to put this concern into actions. I believe that politicians that represent us have the power to change things, as to create politics to increase the production of organic food in the national territory. So as we have elections this year I will consider the candidates' plan of action regarding the environment. Another action is to try to reduce my plastic consumption. I could see how much plastic we are consuming in things that could be replaced by other eco-friendly materials. At this moment I am searching for in-person volunteer work in my country regarding the environment. Thank you for these six months of reflection and learning!
