I was exhilarated by seeing the monthly event of August. Earth Overshoot Day marks the date when humanity’s demand for ecological resources and services in a given year exceeds what Earth can regenerate in that year.

 I am Meena Pandey. I will be 51 in 2050. 

Thank you Tunza for giving us chance to look at personal overshoot. If everybody lived like me we would require 1.7 earths and my personal overshoot day is 08 August. I have intended to go my nearby destination by cycle in order to reduce my carbon foot prints. I think novel corona virus has pushed ‘Earth Overshoot day’ because majority of the country are under lockdown.
