I was so truly excited when I found about the monthly event for august. First of all, very big thank you to this beautiful platform where we get to learn and experience lots of things.

As we all are eco warrior we should be more conscious about the resources that we are using in our daily life. And taking this sample quiz to calculate our personalized overshoot day , is one of the best way to know about our condition and amount of resources that we are using in our daily life.  when I took the quiz then I was so worried by looking at my result. My personal Earth overshoot day was 15th April and if everyone lived like me, we would need 3.5 Earths. This was the unexpected result.  So I have decided to bring  improvement in following things,

1. Reducing food waste.

2. reducing ,excessive use of electricity and water.

3. Practicing more vegetarian foods.

4. use of renewable source of energy.
