Environment and me
I am in my 20s almost have completed my undergraduate studies. As other Nepalese, I am also locked inside my home due to CoViD/ I wish this pandemic ends soon and we could again enjoy how blessed we are on earth. I have my strong opinion on environment conservation. I speak actions. Below I am describing my 3 actions to achieve environmental conservation in terms of coexistence and better harmony with nature.

I plant at least a tree every birthday. I have been doing so for the last 10 years as so is my family. We have a small orchard beside our house where we plant these trees most of which are fruits. After some years when it fruits every year, I become proud of our achievements. This year I planted a mango tree. We purchased the sampling from a nearby nursery. It has been growing well.

We have an organization ¡°Community improvement group¡± in our society. It organizes community-level awareness and action programs. This week we were involved in a community cleanliness program. We cleaned our roads, playground, and managed waste into decomposable and non-decomposable waste.
Federal dogs are natural scavengers. There is a dog shelter near my house. They rescue and treat community dogs there. Being a veterinarian, I was there last month. We treated nearly a dozed wounded and abandoned dog. Some of the cases were wild animal attack and others were. That was a time well spent on animals and nature.
