Environment and me, Actually I like to say I am within Environment. I have conducted many programs and campaigns related to environment conservation and many are reported as ambassador and world report. I have been doing programs from different angles, whether through the organization or individually. Being an Eco Generation ambassador has changed my thinking and daily routine which has made it easier for me to have a vision in a natural environment.

Among the programs I have done Dustbin distribution program in a school, This event always makes me feel proud. On the dated of November 2, 2019, total 16 different sized dustbins were distributed to the school among the school children. It was a memorable, to raise fund, I along with my college friends made some gift items by plastic and newspaper trash. i will never forget the joy of the children and the thanks of the teacher that day, as well as the encouragement of my friends.

If there was no lock-down, I would have been busy with some  environmental programs these days. I have many programs in my bucket list, some of them are essential to contact public directly. 

Cleanliness program around different regions of Karnali Province in Nepal involving ministers from the province, social workers, stakeholders of tourism industry, students, civil servants: 

Expected outcomes: Major part of the city Birendranagar will be cleaned.People will be aware about plastic and other kinds of pollution. It will make pressure to the government organization (environment related ministry and offices.) as well as local youth clubs.

Awareness workshop and campaign against plastic pollution will be organized in the schools, colleges focusing to create positive impact in the young generation:

Expected outcomes: Around 750-1000, students will be able to identify the environment problems and their solutions by workshop and they will play role of local ambassador for further awareness program.

Awareness campaign on zoonotic diseases will be organized in the rural buffer zone of Karnali region to prevent possible environmental hazard from zoonotic diseases:

Expected outcomes: Buffer zone people (about 500) of Rara National Park and Bardia National Park will be aware of zoonotic diseases, human wildlife conflict management and animal welfare. 

Although the above mentioned programs seem a bit ambitious, some of my friends including me have pledged to complete them successful.Youths of today’s generation are craving for new ideas. Here we are doing campaign in their areas, makes them feel utilize plastic in their best possible way. As drop of water makes sea, influencing small group of youths then makes impact to a large number of youths, which is our aim. Government is policy making and implementing body, this campaign is sure to convince, motivate and engage the people in anti-plastic movement, which is obvious pressure for government.

We are now working on the program modules and  We need to collaborate with some organizations for funds and volunteer support. Corona will soon disappear and we will achieve our goal.
