COVID-19 pandemic is a crisis that has affected everyone. It has impacted our economy, lifestyle and activities along with 18,979,596 cases and death of 711,252 people globally due to its infection. Although, COVID-19 has impacted us heavily, it has also shown positive responses for environment. Emission of green houses gases have been reduced, less amount of industrial waste being produced and air, water sources are less polluted but the major issue of concern still remains on how we can make it sustainable as pollution will increase again after the pandemics ends. The environment is where we all meet; where all have a mutual interest; it is the one thing all of us share. With the covid19 impacts, most of our activities have shifted online and activities are performed maintaining social distances in our daily life Activities of the people have been limited to working form home during this period but this doesn¡¯t make us less responsible towards our environment. I have continued my advocacy for environment during this period of pandemic empowering and educating people on environment and I will be sharing you my activities related to environment during this period in this report.
