Rice Pudding :A desert and a cultural food of Nepal

Greetings everyone!
        Today is Shrawan 15 according to Nepali Calendar and this day is cleebrated by having a special dish known as rice pudding.It is a desert which is famous in asian countries mostly and has variius religious and health benefits .Pudding is the dish that is almost made in every rituals celebrated in Nepal from birth to death.So,I want to explain about short receipe of rice pudding here.
At first we should take milk about 2-3 litrres which vary according to the family member.It is boiled and in next pot rice is fried with ghee until red.Then the red fried rice is added to the milk slowly and is stirred. Dry fruits,black pepper and other dry ingredients are added in it to make it tastier. When it decreases to half and rice is about to cooked,little bit of sugar is added to enhance its taste.
There are many health benefits of having rice pudding.They are:-
1) It increases the immunity level of our body.
2) Black pepper used in rice pudding helps us to solve the respiratory problems.
3) Dry fruits used in it helps to increase memory power and makes us smart.
4) It is a famous desert and a favourite dish of many people due to its amazing taste.
5) Coconut pieces used in it helps to enhance the system and help in good functioning of heart.
